Musk & Roses has put in place no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if the item is faulty or not what you had ordered. In case you are dissatisfied with the product received from Musk & Roses you may contact us with your complaints/ feedback at info@muskandroses.com. We shall revert back to you at the earliest.
In case the product is received in damaged condition or the wrong item is received:
We have stringent measures in place to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is always a remote possibility that the item could be damaged during transit i.e. the outer packing of the product is partially open, damaged or tampered with, or that a wrong item is delivered to you.In such cases where your ordered item is damaged during transit or the wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of item is made by you within 24 hours from the receipt of the package.
Immediately mail details of condition of the package, signs of tampering and other details that are visible to you, to before accepting the package from the courier agency and they will shortly revert back to you. Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the Musk and Roses Team. If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process please send us an email with product images and comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the received delivery, within 24hours of the delivery. We shall take 48-72 hours to perform a quality check on the returned product on the basis of the customer’s emails.
If the product passes the quality test, we shall initiate return/exchange process. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product on sale, or a product that has been opened and/or used and has missing parts or accessories Musk and Roses is not responsible for damage after delivery.
We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition.
Postage/ Shipping Charges will not be refunded. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
Musk & Roses shall have the sole discretion to assess each case on its own, separately.
PARTIAL REFUNDS:
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Musk & Roses is unable to deliver certain products, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, Musk & Roses shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Musk & Roses usually dispatches products within 24-48 working hours. Hence Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order is dispatched, then cancellation cannot be accepted. In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument
