For Foot Soak: Pour at least 2 tablespoon of Lavender Foot Soak/ Bath Salt in a bucket of warm water and soak your feet for 15 minutes for soothing tired feet..
For Bath Salt : pour the contents in a tub of warm water & soak for 15 minutes for full body relaxation.
For best results, repeat this regimen twice each week.
